This Starbucks Spinach Feta Wrap is a perfect copycat recipe made with egg whites, spinach and feta inside a toasted whole wheat wrap.
Ingredients and substitutions
- Butter – use cooking spray or a neutral cooking oil instead.
- Egg whites – use carton egg whites or separate the egg whites from the yolks of 8 eggs.
- Salt & pepper – to taste.
- Baby spinach – arugula is the best substitute for baby spinach.
- Feta cheese – use crumbled feta cheese or goat cheese for a creamier taste.
- Sun-dried tomatoes – canned, diced or fire roasted tomatoes are all great substitutes for sun-dried tomatoes but won't have the same tangy flavour.
- Whole wheat wraps – white flour wraps or spinach wraps would work in place of whole wheat wraps, but have a higher calorie count.
Sun-dried tomato cream cheese spread
- Cream cheese – goat cheese will make this spread creamy, but I highly recommend using cream cheese.
- Sun-dried tomatoes – see substitution notes above.
- Salt & pepper – to taste.

How to make Starbucks spinach feta wrap
Step 1: Cook the spinach.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and cook the spinach over med-high heat for 2-3 minutes until spinach is softened. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the egg whites.
After spinach is done, melt butter in the same skillet over medium-low heat. Add egg whites and season with salt & pepper, letting the whites form an omelet, which should take a few minutes.
Step 3: Cut up the eggs.
Use a spatula to fold the omelet into thirds and continue cooking until set, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and cut into 5 pieces.
Step 4: Make the cream cheese spread.
Meanwhile, melt the softened cream cheese in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, then mix in sundried tomatoes and salt & pepper to taste.
Step 5: Assemble your wraps.
Spread each whole wheat wrap with a bit of the cream cheese spread, then top with spinach. Add egg white, then top with feta and extra sundried tomatoes. Fold wrap by tucking two sides in and then rolling.
Step 6: Toast the wraps.
Toast your wrap if desired in the same skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Step 7: Serve fresh.
Cut in half then serve and enjoy!
Step 8: Store or freeze for later.
Wrap each individual wrap in cling wrap, then store in a large freezer bag for up to 3 months. Reheat in a 350 oven for 15 minutes, or in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Storing and reheating
If you are meal prepping this spinach feta wrap Starbucks recipe for the week, store the wraps in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Cover each wrap in cling wrap to make sure that they stay intact in the fridge. When you're ready to enjoy, heat up the wraps on the stovetop, in a sandwich press or on the grill.

This Starbucks spinach feta wrap recipe is a great make-ahead breakfast option! It’s perfect for busy mornings when you need something fast and healthy. After you’ve assembled your wraps, cover them in cling wrap and store them in a freezer-safe Ziploc bag for up to 3 months.
Reheat them in the oven for 15 minutes at 350° Fahrenheit or in the microwave for 2 minutes. I personally prefer reheating them in the oven because they get that nice toasty finish!

Kelisha Latoya Corridon says
Omg this is sooooooo good!!! I love the one from Starbucks and I saw I could make this at home and I did. Oh my God so good. I seasoned my spinach with garlic powder and I also added everything seasoning in my omelet and on top of the wrap as well. Such a great post workout lunch. You can also use high protein wrap as well.
