Ingredients

Tropical

  • 1/2 cup mango fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana cut in half
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts

Very Berry

  • 1 banana cut in half
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Mean Green

  • 3 cups baby spinach or any other greens
  • 1 banana cut in half
  • 1 green apple deseeded and chopped
  • 1 tbsp minced gingerroot
  • 1 tbsp ground flax

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana

  • 1 banana cut in half
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate whey protein powder

Peach Pie

  • 1 cup sliced peaches fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Tropical

  • Add all ingredients to a plastic or silicone freezer bag. When ready to enjoy, blend with 1/2 cup coconut water, coconut milk or plain water and, if desired, 1 cup plain Greek yogurt.
