- 1 lb macaroni or mini shells (not cooked)
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- Chives, for garnish (optional)
Add all ingredients (except for chives) to slow cooker and stir.
Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring once per hour.
Stir one final time, then let sit with the lid off for 5 minutes for the sauce to thicken up. Serve garnished with chives, and enjoy!
